$39 application processing fee guarantees approval for opening of all four accounts (pending company policy guidelines are followed). If for any reason you are denied approval for either of the four accounts, you will be refunded $9.75 per each account rejected. Original written documentation (no photocopies or faxes accepted) from the issuing institution including official USPS stamped envelope verifying date of issuance must be provided and submitted with your refund request.
